Nectar Santa Rosa is an application that allows the inhabitants of the city to control the different municipal authorizations of objects (shops, taxis, remises, etc.) centrally and in a very simple way.It facilitates the work of the inspectors because the inspection is carried out from a smartphone by reading a QR code or NFC tags printed on the authorization wafers or by entering a manual code.In addition, it enables users in general -in real time and through their cell phones- to obtain information on the authorization, and additionally they can make complaints, make suggestions, rate the service, etc.It also creates a communication channel between the municipality and the owner of the vehicle/business in order to speed up and simplify the license renewal procedures.
